Rest & Recharge

A 75 minute 1:1 online session to calm the nervous system, slow down the mind and feel deeply relaxed.

This is for the person who:

  • wants to take some quality time for themselves.

  • has a busy life, and wants to implement more self-care.

  • needs some time for deep rest and calm.

  • is lacking energy and is feeling scattered.

What this session looks like:

  • Slow yoga adapted to your level to release physical tension, and connect to self

  • Calming conscious breath techniques to deeply relax

  • Meditation and affirmations to boost your mood and promote positive thinking

  • Post session journal prompts to reflect, and process any thoughts and feelings

Your Rest & Recharge session will be completely tailored to you. All you need to do is complete the form and tell me how you're doing, and what you need. I'll then be in touch to arrange your practice.
