How to prioritize yourself when you have no time...

Today was an absolute blast in our Facebook group as I went live to delve into a topic that resonates with many of us—how to prioritize ourselves when it feels like there's barely a moment to spare.


As women, we often find ourselves juggling the demands of work, family, relationships, and household chores, leaving little room for our own well-being. The result? Overwhelm, negative self-talk, and that nagging sense of disconnection from ourselves.

But let me tell you, carving out time for ourselves isn't just a luxury; it's a necessity. When we prioritize self-care, we're essentially affirming that we are deserving of love, time, and respect. Each act of self-care becomes a powerful homecoming to ourselves, a reminder that we matter.

Now, let's talk practical steps to weave self-care into our seemingly jam-packed schedules:

Step 1: Create Your Self-Care Wishlist Begin by jotting down a list of self-care practices that truly light you up. Whether it's a bubble bath, a quick meditation, or a stroll in nature, make sure these activities resonate with your soul.

Step 2: Time It Right Next to each self-care practice, estimate the time it would take to complete. Identify those golden nuggets that can be squeezed into 5-10 minutes. Trust me; these bite-sized moments can work wonders.

Step 3: Master the Art of Scheduling Take a look at your week or even just the next day. Find those pockets of time where you can seamlessly slip in a self-care practice. If you think you don't have time, remember, you do! Trim down screen time, rise 10-15 minutes earlier, or utilize moments when the little one is catching some Zs. There's always a sliver of time waiting to be claimed.

Step 4: Consistency is Key Make self-care a daily ritual. Ideally, aim for a little dose of it every single day. It doesn't have to be grand; even 5 minutes can make a world of difference. Repetition is where the magic happens.

As you integrate just a few minutes of self-care into your routine, you'll find it becomes more manageable. Remember, each instance of prioritizing yourself is a powerful affirmation of your worthiness—of time, love, and respect.
