Do you want to get to 50, look back and think 'sh*t, why didn't I do anything sooner?'

I am VERY fortunate that I come to the realisations I did in my 20's, because it means I have the tools to navigate the rest of my life in a much healthier and happier way than I was.


It doesn't matter how old you are now, if you've been anxious and overwhelmed, this is your sign that something needs to change. And only YOU can decide to take action.


If you read my previous post, you know that the solutions you have been using to make yourself happy haven't worked, because they focus on external, or only focus on changing one element, and not the whole self.


My method 'the whole self', focuses on the mind, body & soul. I combine practices such as yoga, breathwork and meditation with life coaching techniques to help you build a positive relationship with your whole self, so that you feel like you have everything you need to move forward confidently.


Not working on your whole self, could look like going to a yoga class or trying a new hobby, without doing any mindset work to challenge and change your negative thinking, which means you still find yourself caught in a cycle of comparison and struggle with self-confidence.


Or it could mean that you are good at setting goals, and are able to challenge negative thinking, but you find yourself stressed out and overwhelmed, and struggle fitting in self-care.


This is why working on the whole self, is the way forward. You are able to have practices up your sleeve that help you feel calm, in control and confident, as well as understand your mind, challenge negative self-talk, and have clear goals to move forward.
