I always felt listened to. There wasn't a point where I felt uncomfortable or self-conscious, Eden has such a positive energy that seems to just project onto others and make you feel good too.
There are things that I had not known before, but the way Eden explains things is in a way that really works for me, I loved the scientific background of a lot of the information.
