Self-Love Practice

A 60 minute guided session to (re)find gratitude for you and your life, and connect with your mind & body.

This is for the woman who:

  • wants to take some time out to connect with herself.

  • has a busy life, but wants to implement more self-care.

  • needs some time for deep rest and calm.

  • wants to pause for a moment of self-celebration

What can this session look like:

  • Yoga adapted to your level

  • Calming conscious breath techniques

  • Meditation and affirmations

  • Journal prompts

  • Self-Love coaching

Your Self-Love Practice will be completely tailored to you. All you need to do is complete the form and tell me how you're doing, and what you need. I'll then be in touch to arrange your practice.
