In 7 Days To Body Confidence, I show you the techniques I use to help me stay connected with my body, so that I can love and accept it as it is, whilst feeling confident in myself.

 

We spend so much time overthinking, and stuck in our head, and when I hit rock bottom, I found that the BIGGEST thing that helped me, was to get out of my head and into my body. Building a mind-body connection was an absolute game changer.

 

That's why I have created this easy, step by step course, to help you feel empowered and confident in your body! The only thing that will stop you from seeing the results, is yourself. So it's time to take action, show up for yourself, and be committed to making a change.

WHEN WILL IT BE READY?

ARE THE SESSIONS LIVE OR PRE-RECORDED?

The sessions are all pre-recorded so that you can complete it in your own time.

 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE VIDEOS AND AUDIOS?

You will receive the links to all content within a daily email.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE IT?

Ideally you will follow the content and complete daily, however I understand life can be busy, so you have lifetime access to the content, so can complete when you can.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE EMAILS?

They will be sent 5am UK time giving you the whole day to complete when's best for you.
